Monica's passionate about focusing on the long game with her clients, and assembling win/win deals is what sets her apart.  Her heart is focused on deals that make sense and will actually close. She understands that a proper deal can take time and is willing to put in the effort to make it happen.  Knowing what it takes to close a transaction, she has the expertise to know when it’s best to be patient or aggressive.

Monica began her real estate career in 2003. She started in residential, transitioning to commercial real estate in 2008 as this was a much better fit for her.  Learning the commercial real estate market in 2008 turned out to be beneficial, as she learned to get creative at putting deals together and really understanding a market going through transition.  Her experience in several different sectors of the market gave her a wide range of knowledge in industrial, office, health care and also her favorite sector of land acquisitions and development. She has been involved in many office/medical office developments in the Oklahoma City/Edmond areas.  Focusing on the long game with her clients and putting the right deals together has helped her stand out.
