Anthony Johnson has built a reputation for being a significant leader in retail brokerage throughout the Southwest. He manages site selection and negotiations for top national retailers in many states, based in Albuquerque, NM. He also leads multiple significant shopping center listings. His vast experience and negotiating creativity serve him well working through all phases of the deal. Some of his more notable relationships include Regal Cinemas, HomeGoods, Bed Bath & Beyond, BuyBuy Baby, Office Depot and BJ’s.

Anthony began his real estate career with CBRE in 1991. He led the New Mexico Retail Division until he joined Sedberry and Associates as Senior Vice President of Retail Services. He served as State Director of ICSC from 1999-2004, and has been a member of ICSC for over 25 years. He has been the President of Pegasus Group since it was founded in 2011. In 2019 Anthony founded Pegasus Retail OK in Oklahoma City, OK along with Alaina McGlothlin Boren.
